Western International is a progressive and growth oriented hotel development and management company seeking an aggressive, proven Sales Manager to join the opening team of our Residence Inn by Marriott in Abilene, TX. As a Sales Manager you will be responsible for ensuring that the revenue and profit goals for your property are met and exceeded through the execution of your sales plans. Successful candidates will spend more than 75' of their time on proactive sales efforts leading to new clients. Responsibilities include development and execution of sales plans, direct client solicitation and telemarketing and outside sales calls as well as maintaining relationships with existing clients. Sales Managers in our organization report directly to the Hotel General Manager, and work in tandem with our Regional Director to cross sell all properties in our portfolio.
