Replenishment-Merchandising Associate Position Summary : Responsible for replenishment of merchandise to the sales floor from the stockroom using replenishment reports. Assists in the stocking/merchandising of incoming truck freight to the sales floor and stockroom. Primary Duties and Responsibilities Customer Service : • Greets all customers encountered. Assists customers in a friendly and courteous manner. Effectively responds to questions and requests from customers. • Promptly responds to call box, phone calls and pages for areas of responsibility. Assists at POS/customer service as needed. Responds appropriately to POS back up calls. Complies with company’s 2 in a line standard. • Properly holds merchandise for customers when needed, including returning merchandise not picked up to the sales floor. Processes rainchecks within Company standards. • Company standards. Stocking & Merchandising Solicits customers to apply for Kohl’s charge.
