Al's Formal Wear is seeking a candidate for a Manager Trainee position. Immediate opportunities in the Abilene, Texas area. Great position for someone who loves retail but hates the crazy hours. During off-season, June through February, the store is only open two evenings a week until 8:00pm. No more late Friday or Saturday nights. No more midnight madness sales!! Job Summary: The Manager Trainee will be trained on day-to-day operations of the store, while assisting customers with their rental and retail merchandise needs. Conducting opening and closing procedures and proper cash handling procedures, as well as driving revenue to meet sales goals. Earn commissions on top of your hourly base wage. Duties Include: Assisting in day to day operations of the store Providing excellent customer service to all customers. Meeting personal sales goals Responsible for verifying and reporting store sales Competitive Benefits: Competitive hourly wage plus monthly commissions
