Position Summary The Store Operations Supervisor is responsible for supporting the store leadership team to achieve business goals including sales, expense control, store profitability, customer satisfaction, and associate experience. Monitors front end procedures including maintenance of cash office files and assists in the day-to day-operations of receiving and stocking procedures. In addition, this position will perform Manager on Duty responsibilities as outlined in the MOD standards. Position Responsibilities 1. Responsible for understanding key business strategies and goals and assisting the store leadership team in the execution of strategies and achievement of goals. 2. Support store leadership in actions to interview, select, train and develop store associates. 3. Monitor performance of associates throughout store and provide constructive feedback when necessary. 4. Attend to issues that arise between associates or with customer on site and follow-up with
