JobDiagnosis..com Free Career Test is searching for Clerical Persons to take the Free Career Test and search from its rapidly growing call center opportunities. The primary responsibilities of these positions include, but are not limited to: Providing basic data entry. Documenting complete/accurate call information as provided in system Documenting calls for research and escalation Reviewing spec sheets, manuals, and provided internet and intranet sites to remain current on assigned client programs Processing incoming mail per program specs and data entry required per program Maintaining at least a ?Satisfactory? quality level as indicated by monitoring score sheets and as provided in our Quality Program.
